I'm an Irish wifey who loves all things cake! And one of the main reasons I decided to create The Happy Spatula, is to make your life a little more stress free, by giving you quick access to my amazing recipes. We all lead busy lives with very demanding and restricting schedules, and time is often quite precious. As a regular home baker, it is essential for me to have access to recipes in an instant without any of the added hassle.
We've all been there, we search for a brownie recipe online and we're so excited to get our bake on…. But, instead, we're left scrolling for what seems like days, and reading a ridiculously random story like how someone had to host a last minute birthday party, all the while bringing their cat to the vet to be neutered, and nearly burning their kitchen down in the process......
No, you didn't accidentally google a soap opera, you simply just wanted to make brownies?!! I know right….
And by the time you eventually get to the "jump to recipe" option, you've already lost ten minutes of your life, have forgotten what you were doing in your kitchen in the first place, and the novelty of making those bad ass brownies has completely worn off…. Sound familiar?
